When you use the guided enquiry, you may provide your name, contact details, property postcode, property characteristics, symptoms, report wording and selected files. Please remove bank details, signatures, identification numbers and unrelated third-party information before uploading documents.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand coverage, identify an appropriate advice or guarantee route, and—where you consent—introduce the enquiry to a relevant independent specialist. We also use limited technical logs for security and service operation.
Cookies and measurement
Essential storage may be used for security and form continuity. Analytics or advertising technologies should not be enabled without the appropriate consent mechanism. The current front-end does not set marketing cookies.
Retention and security
When the backend is connected, retention periods must be configured by purpose and documented here. Enquiry data should be encrypted in transit, access-controlled and deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry, legal obligations or dispute handling.
