We consider the appropriate route
Some enquiries need an emptying or service visit. Others require a condition survey, discharge tracing, regulator check, drainage-field assessment or designed replacement.
You choose whether to proceed
An introduced specialist is independent of Septic Tank Advice and responsible for their own advice, inspections, terms and work. You are not obliged to instruct them.

How the free service is funded
We may receive an introduction fee from a participating specialist if we pass them an enquiry. That is why the form asks for enough information to make the introduction relevant.
Payment does not make a specialist our employee and does not guarantee a lender outcome. Always review the specialist’s credentials, scope, price, terms and insurance for yourself.
